Overview
An acquisition-and-rehabilitation project on Iowa Street: Alcove purchased the building and rebuilt it to the then-occupant's specifications, adding two wings. Completed spring 2020. Lawrence Eye Care Center occupied the building after delivery; the practice relocated in March 2026. Alcove retains the Iowa Street property.
