Overview
Alcove Development responded to an RFP issued by the City of Basehor for a new multifamily development in the heart of the city, at 155th Street and Basehor Boulevard. Alcove was selected and went on to work with the leadership of the City of Basehor to design the Residences on the Boulevard. The community will consist of 552 total units: 281 garden-style apartment residences and 271 townhome residences. Construction will begin in the summer of 2027.
