Overview
A proposed data center campus on 283 acres in Osawatomie, developed with MDH Partners on land designated for industrial use for more than twenty years. The air-cooled campus would be built in phases toward 500+ megawatts, adding a substantial commercial tax base to a city whose property tax base is nearly 80% residential. The project is early: it must clear Planning Commission and City Council review before any construction, which could begin as early as 2028.
