Overview

With the recent success of ICON Valley Phase 1, the Kansas Housing Resource Corporation awarded Alcove and its partners a Moderate-Income Housing Grant and Kansas Investor Housing Credits. Alcove Development is excited to bring an additional 32 for-lease townhomes to the Wellsville community: another 16 two-bedroom and 16 three-bedroom homes, providing high-quality housing to current and future residents of Wellsville. Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2026.
