Develop. Build. Manage.
Since 2016, Alcove and its principals have developed, built, and managed residential, multifamily, mixed-use, medical, and commercial real estate across the Midwest. Alcove self-performs development and asset management, with day-to-day property management through affiliated Cornerstone Property Management, so the places it builds are places it keeps.

In their words.
I had the pleasure of working with Alcove Development and Dustin Baker on Heartland’s new facility at 1312 W. 6th St. in Lawrence. Alcove was involved in this project from beginning to end and provided invaluable guidance and expertise throughout the project.
Dustin managed the entire development and construction process and ensured there was excellent communication between the design team, contractors, building owners and Heartland. He truly made it easy! Our project was completed on time and within budget and as such, Heartland now has a beautiful, state-of-the-art medical facility with 36 primary care exam rooms, 6 behavioral health rooms and 14 dental operatories.
I wholeheartedly recommend Alcove’s services and the expertise they bring to the table to anyone who is about to embark on a commercial or residential property development journey.

We partnered with Dustin Baker and Alcove Development to design and build our new veterinary clinic in De Soto. Dustin and his crew made the entire project much easier and much more organized than if we tried to accomplish it on our own.
Their expertise in the planning and constructing of our facility was invaluable. They know who to use and how to get it done! By partnering with Dustin and Alcove, we were able to build the clinic of our dreams and we could not be happier with the facility we built.
